The first 30 billion Reg 1-A is for $3M, therefore Andy still has $2M left that he could sell in the second Reg 1-A before he hits the SEC max of $5M within the fiscal year.
The bottom line is this,....If Andy sought to have the A/S at 100B and just sold 30B Reg 1-A for $3M, then I have a STRONG feeling he is going to issue the second Reg 1-A as well, but HOPEFULLY NOT before he runs it back up a bit.
If Andy issues a R/S before or during the next PR pump then we are SCREWED!! There is NO getting around that, because the REAL reason he will be issuing the R/S is to have a much higher PPS to dive into with the Reg 1-A's! EOS
