If you look back to some older posts, this was a .10 to .20 stock not long ago and very tightly traded. IMHO I think someone looking to r/m a company in a once reporting shell will hijack the stock and buy a controlling stake. Everyone's first thought is MJ (at least mine)

Then we'll be +$1 stock
