This is an AMMX deal. They get 270m dollars minus a fee to the in country handlers. You need handlers to make sure you are doing things the way they need to be done and with the right people. That can mean payoffs, favors and whatever else is necessary to close and exectutr a deal...your handler probably takes care of these things. Things get done differently in Africa then in the United states. It is also very tribal.

Lee has a deal with Niger. He can sell them any kind of trucks. He will sell them the Chinese equipment because it is cheaper and the Chinese will finance it in Africa.

He is the one negotiating and making the deals. It is AMMX deal. He is taking them to China to see the equipment to make sure it is what they are looking for and meets their expectations before ordering and shipping 270m dollars worth of it...just good business sense.

Not sure what is complicated here. I have done business in Africa and this is normal.
