I don't recall UTRM ever being officially approved, still being tested. It appears that unicorns need to pass some strenuous tests and prove they can healthily hold their gains in order to obtain their unicorn statuses. If I remember correctly, SPLI was tested from .004 before being fully approved around .06. Sharing good info on a promising stock is one thing, but being wolf pack approved is some serious shit with a lot of cred on the line.
