I do acknowledged your concern about YA and u been a long here for as long as I can remember, but given the situation that we are in, any lenders would give us a similar loan terms or even worst. Have anyone ever Try getting an approval for a $500 dollar credit card after you are late for 30 days on their credit report? See what banks will say to you? This is a 2 million dollar loan we are talking about here people...closed and funded while we are in a lawsuit with creditors, and no ip. I'm surprise we can even get a loan with our history. YA probably funded us fast with little conditions to help us get through what we need to do.

I see it this way svfc has the treasure map and she needs to survive no matter what the cost. Now either she gets on a ship full if pirates and figure a way out or just drown.

2 mil is nothing for a biotech, once we get ip, and partnership deals YA is nothing more but a one nightstand.
