what makes you think people won't buy from a licensed grower?

I live in SF and we have many many dispensaries here that sell different flowers, edibles, supplies.. let me tell you from firsthand experience. LOTS of customers show up. to keep the stores from getting out of hand, you typically have to sit in a waiting area looking at a menu with many options that are priced much higher than the black market. Yet we all still buy, why? because the product is good, the customer service is knowledgeable about the affects, and they have many options to choose from.
