You know, all the negativity and bickering on this board is not very useful. One day everybody is giddy and high fiving each other talking about how management is finally taking us to the promised land and the next we are grumbling and talking smack about how the management is about to throw us shareholders off the cliff and then walking away lighting their fine cuban cigars with $100 bills. It is very similar to the story of Moses in the Bible and the Israelites wandering in the desert for 40 years. Be careful as history does tend to repeat itself and those Israelites that were slaves in Egypt that did the grumbling never actually got to sett foot in the promised land, just their children.

By the way, people can have two motives here....to make money and to further fight against cancer. Over half my family (a rather large family)has died from cancer, most of them under the age of 50....I myself had a lung cancer scare two years ago ( I was never a smoker) that turned out to be benign growth....so I definately want a viable treatment and/or cure for cancer before I get end up with a malignant cancer. However, I also want to make money here as the wealth will allow me to live my remaining days without as much worry and to take care of my epileptic wife full time...do a little traveling while I am still relatively young...a little missionary work if possible. I want the best of both worlds and I am willing to wait a little longer....if necessary. I sure as heck do not see management throwing us off the cliff as some people claim here, but I also see where they are not going to be open to everyone and everybody until the due time as they may very well be in a quiet period. They have to report material events, but not partnerships, mergers, or aquisitions until those become material events...and I believe that comes after the deal is finalized or if it requires a vote.
