Also the important number to look at is how many of the 37,000 people actually grow?

If I had to guess I would say maybe 1000-2000 people.

This is literally of no issue for the future of the new rule change.

I live in Canada and know these stocks with licences that are actually public traded companies will all be lottery tickets for who ever is lucky to get in at the opportunity we all did.
