The large shareholders, if not in the loop, have to be pissed. The lead plaintiff in the class action lawsuit was a hold plaintiff, and in that respect their interests are aligned with ours although they are also viewed as a "creditor". Expect some manuevering on their part to object to certain aspects of the stalking horse bid. Since they are a hedge fund, I am hoping they have a plan themselves to take control of the company and take out capsource with the other big shareholders. If Allison is involved, why would he tip his hand to cirque? Again, if you were them, you would realize that acquiring the cheap shares to get a majority interest in the company and thereby gain control could help turn the bankruptcy process in their favor. Opponents can turn into friends once they have a common goal. One or two court filings by the class action lawyers or anyother shareholder faction, can make a big difference. yet it seems everyone on here has thrown in the towel, even though the bidding process has not been approved, and the auction process has not even begun. I know there are still people selling unless the mms are playing games. But answer me this , who has been buying and why????
