No need to update your shareholders for 4 years because nothing has changed? Are they making money? Are they debt free or is their debt growing? Have they lost any locations or grown? Who is the CEO?
A zillion questions need to be answered, if they do not feel the need to update shareholders then they shouldn't be a public company.
