There's lots of proof of losses and dilution, it just gets lost in the hundreds of blue sky "DD." Just the FACT that Fabio changes or "updates" the officer's name but nothing else, oh look, Fabio has changed the address now too, but left the float from 2009, imagine that. Number of employees is unchanged and the OS is unchanged too.
How many more "updates" will it take to make the info. on the OTC current? 2, 3, 4, how many times will Fabio "update" 1 thing?
Doesn't appear to be any more transparency now then there was with Vince/Sean and Tali then there is now.
The only false claims are in the new found attention type of blue sky "DD."
Claiming a low float because of a number from 2009 is about as false as one can get or funny.
