And what prevents them from posting them all to EDGAR if that is a requirement of the new exchange? Nothing.

Some exchanges require audited financials. What prevented them from going back and having 2011 and 2012 audited. Nothing.

A couple of clicks of the mouse and all audited financials can be in EDGAR.

I know your trying hard here, but your kicking around a non-issue.
