The price keeps going down because there are more sellers than buyers (could be confidence thing). The stock will fall until it stops falling. A good entry point is at the bottom of the fall. The company is on track to either begin increasing profits and earning or not. I do not know of any catalysts at this time. DRYS is not in danger of bankruptcy as long as the ATM is open for business.

All in my opinion.
