Magic Media Networks Lists on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Subsidiary Destination Television Presents at Digital Signage Convention

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 27, 2006--Magic Media Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:MGCN - News) announced today that its common stock is now listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, under the symbol "NAD" with the WKN security identifier -A0BLMR.

Magic Media expects the listing will serve to broaden its international shareholder base and create awareness in the European technology and financial communities.

Also, Magic Media's wholly owned subsidiary, Destination Television will present at the Digital Signage for Venues and Public Spaces Conference on February 28th and March 1st, 2006 at the Hilton Mclean Tyson's Corner, McLean, Virginia.
