Thanks for the link and the posting of the filings.

I am sure you have noticed how different the arguments are in the injunctive lawsuit in the US District Court compared to the taking claims lawsuit in the Court of Federal Claims.

Given the federal evidence requirements of the Plaintiffs' claims, the federal rules of court procedure and standards for case management held by the each Court, the approaches are almost coerced into being.
