Kag - I seriously doubt the milestone payment will = 4 mil, which is what it will take for the AMEX. Remember, Moro said, I rather stay on the bulletin board for another year (waiting on revenue from Abbott)", (paraphrased)than to dilute the shareholders.
This to me (another year on the OTC)implies revenue post the 1st milestone payment figuring into assets to launch us to the AMEX!
