It is not ridiculous. PHOT is taking a shot with the FIT# deal, they are risking nothing. If it happens, they make money, if not they move on to the next deal no worse off but wiser. Losing an opportunity is not like losing assets - I don't lose anything if I can't get the bet down (or make the deal good). Also the PHOT/FIT# deal is very questionable - FIT# has a lot to do to keep their end of the deal. Doubtful they will do it. Bill C is a scammer and FIT# is a scam. Bet on that.
