Shares don't need to enter the market and dilute a float in order for a stock to move. People have to believe that the stock is worth more than it is currently at. This week a significant move will likely take place given the accumulation this past week and much anticipated PR. If no PR comes, You can grab cheaper shares or move onto the next company... If it does, well congrats to all of us :)
I doubt an R/S will take place but I can definitely see the A/S increasing to secure other relationships. They will of course become restricted shares I am sure or else some longs will talk to the CEO about illegal dumping of shares into the float and then gauge their confidence in his leadership by how he reacts to it. All speculation though. Float will stay the same imo throughout the spring in the least.
