The company is not interested in shareholder value... They are only concerned with R&D in this very long drawn out stage.
The agencies conerned with pps are the convertible debentures that are being held. "They" want to see a rise in pps so that they can convert for huge profits... I don't think you will see current updates until a solid approval occurs or more patents are applied for.
Think big picture. People want to make money... and no small shareholder is in a position to benefit the company as a whole. If the company needs funding, and already have a professional relationship in place for that, they will work deals with these organizations and then tell the public what is in play AFTER they have solidified agreements signed off. They get the funding they need to continue, the financier makes huge profits, and we wait for the big bang... If you believe in the company.
Other than that you just look for the signs. beneficial ownership, form 3s, volume increases, technical indicators... things like that.
