What is the argument? What to do or as in Fairholme the ability to bring a case in that court? (which has been decided as yes so far in Fairholme subject to discovery proving that the GOV was one and one in Amendment 3 - i.e. this was not a private company in the eyes of the law - and as such a FEDERAL law on GOV to GOV actions applies -0-- as I understand statuss of Fairhom?)
