I still think we are dealing with 3B O/S and not 60M. On there last 10-q dated 2008 there is an hugh YA Global convertible loan. It didn't just disappear. Worst case there is still something left. Explains the brakes on the price increase last friday. If it really had only 50K market cap it would have jumped 1000%!
