the '3A9 transaction' thrown into the message...

Some shares issued for debt or other shares...

Not exactly something that no one expceted to hear...

between our attorneys and the company'...

Rule 15c-211 requires accurate info and filing

companies need to have accurate info on file...

This is new to me...But MLHC appears it may have

a naked short position on any shares sold that

raised the share count since the last accurate

company filing was issued by the company...

Wouldn't expect crowds to gather and watch before

the company corrects info though...LJ
