If the Float is indeed nearly locked. Oneway to get it to $1 is no-one sell any under a dollar. Let the whales slap a dollar.Then Knowing my Luck with some. I'd sell for a dollar. And it would streak higher. So whats with the resistance sitting in the low 20's?
