You could since you sit at the computer all day open an eTrade or Fidelity account & purchase MYEC within minutes. Scott's said there are many penny stocks throughout the year they stop allowing purchases on, eTrade never discriminates so it would be a wise time investment for the future in case you find another life changing stock that Scott's doesn't offer.
If not then MYEC should be DTC eligible next week or week after, if the fins are good though prepare to buy for .09+
