You don't get the issue like apparently so many others here. I'm not bitching about the A/S increase. I don't care if they have 90 million or 130 million shares out because with their numbers it's still an extremely cheap stock.

I'm bitching about the fact that they increased the A/S with Nevada in october and still didn't file anything with the SEC despite that they are a fully reporting company. They have the WRONG A/S number in their last filing which is a complete no go for the SEC. And they put out 25 fluff news in the last 2 months and sell right into it every single time.

Hopefully you got the issue now.
