I am very confused by your posts. Either you, your friends and business contacts are suing Peter for unpaid salary, fees, expenses etc and you say he is remiss. If so why are you trying to drive investors away from the PVEC. If Peter is not successful is raising money, by whatever avenues are available to him, then the monies he owes you, Turner, your friends and business contacts, will never be paid.

I would think you should support the company in all of its endeavors so you guys would be suing a wealthy company with plenty of assets to go after. What decent lawyer sues a defunct company?

I then come to the conclusion that there are other motives to constantly state the arguments you purport to be factual. I believe there are two sides to every case, and watching this stock for a while leads me to believe that Peter will prevail.

Peter is guilty of many things in trying to make a go of it with a fledging company, ambitious, hiring the wrong staff, and not pursuing staff, consultants etc who did him wrong. That, in my humble opinion, would never happen now.

Hopefully, PVEC can recover monies from the persons/groups that have harmed the Company.
