LCTI Subsidiary Awarded $1.8 million Project

LCTi has secured a $1.8 million dollar energy efficiency contract for the Industrial Safety Training Center located in Beaumont, TX through its wholly owned Teposolar Technologies Corp.

We recently completed recently completed our 1st quarter financial statements and based on our current share count of 139 million shares outstanding, we recorded an increase in book value from over $1.35 per share to over $1.88 per share. We believe this substantial increase in book value is representative of the value we continue to build for shareholders.
