The gate was closed, I had to drive by many times just to see it, the gate kept it hidden. Good point on the nicer areas not allowing the dispensary in their neighborhood. I did not see the Green Cross out front which is pretty standard for the dispensaries around here. That area of Aurora is a hotbed for cheap motels where prostitutes and drugs are sold. They have been in the area fro almost 5 years with no issues that I am aware of, so the fence must keep them out. They also advertise as a collective garden store, so that could help mask the business. There site indicates by appointment only with private parking, great business plan for that area. Either way it is real, and we are in business. Time to start stacking shares before we take off.
