Turner was there only seven weeks before he resigned in July 2012...All debt was either before Turner, after Turner, or unknown to Turner, excluding Texas debt he arranged with his friends (originally to be repaid within thirty days).Turner was an independent consultant and did not have contractual capacity/agency to bind the corporation.

Peter was the only person responsible for the debts and his signature is proof. Peter is dishonest.
