Can't really answer all those questions, but thats the abstract from the BUCK Institute and all I am seeing is the talk of Stem Cell therapy for RP and how MANF may be needed to help the Stem Cells integrate in the transplantation.. this if holds true it will pave the way for 1st in Man MANF studies...


RP is already an Orphan Indication in the FDA's eyes.. if MANF does what it looks like it can do for the process I described above.. we will get Orphan Drug Designation for MANF almost certainly and maybe even Break Through Designation.. we need toxicology.. thats what i want to see.
