The question appears to be which process has the better arousal and satisfaction: Vascular stimulation (viagra and femprox), or BMT, which effects the neurochemistry of the brain.

My guess is that if it works, BMT is the preferred method, because it's effect will be one mimicking early pubescence (arousal and sensitivity to pleasure), verses a tempoarary physical effect, which probably has less tolerated side effects like facial flushing, and wears off.
