...my original theory was that fcnca stock and frankie were involved in THE SETTLEMENT, or stipulation or whatever the FDIC wants to call UWB's "best interest" in dropping the APPEAL................

...wellington management files with the SEC to underwrite/place this secondary FCNCA stock offering - - limited details - - matches the shelf registration.....ETC....wellington management has a close inside relationship with both the FDIC and FCNCA - - it did run afowl of the FDIC, but on a minor matter.....

...no comments from anyone, anywhere on this fcnca/uwbkq/uwb/fdic/occ relationship.........................

...cannot rule anything out.......................but just mayhaps the fcnca/uwbkq stock conversion represents some sort of creative STIPULATION...........................and JPM just might be on to this and has created problems within the BK CT..................

...anyhoot......................that's today's OPINION......................mine....................our phantom lawyers have never even heard of UWB, UWBKQ or FCNCA...........
