Frankly, I'm probably one of the least informed investors here, but I do know what I read. And your comment:

The drop in pps was completely unnecessary the Thursday and Friday after license approval.

got me thinking of something I recently read in the book Invest in Penny Stocks by Peter Leeds and it's something that has made a big impression on me. He says (pg. 11):

Trading Tactics: Buy the Rumor, Sell the Fact.

..The idea is simple. When there's an outstanding rumor about an upcoming event for a company, investors buy in once they hear about it through the grapevine, thus pushing share prices higher. Once the event itself is actually realized, the share price loses that upward buying pressure and the stock drops in value.

...Now that the announcement is out, many of those same speculators start cashing out, putting a great deal of selling pressure on the stock. Thus, despite the release of some very positive news, the shares actually head lower!

It's just my opinion, but I can see that this stock is being sold on two different levels. (1) The PRE-Marketing level, which now seems to be almost complete (and one I wish I had found out about sooner!) and, the (2) Marketing level, which is now since it has arrived in some stores.

The difference between the two is obvious and, imho, what will make or break this company, and share price, now will be whether or not consumers want Marani Vodka enough to buy it in large quantities. Additional PR stuff is great but, to me, I think the next important thing will be a positive Quarterly Earnings Report.

Or am I wrong in that?
