It's all about some sort of news update, either past or new management does not matter. Can go to 2 cents on 10 to 20 million shares not much based on last couple of blip runs to .018 area. So, anything really positive 10 cents would come quick based on how this trades, IMO. It trades close to 1 cents now enough said on if it can get much higher on real developments or potential believable developments. Maybe not back to $1 but a lot higher. Can you hear me now management? Gold, oil or even weed all hot industries pick one for NSRS,lol.
