Malik, although you are certainly entitled to your point of view please don't misunderstand my use of the word intent. There was NEVER an intention to merge. As in "no make believe", "no pumping then dumping, "no back room handshake agreeing to screw shareholders". As a matter of fact in the company (GDSM) update on 2/11/14, Mike said "HELL NO" there will be no reverse split followed by massive dilution just to convert the judgement. Discussions continue.
