HydraLogic Reports Changes to Management and Board of Directors
TORONTO, Oct. 8, 2013 /CNW/ - HydraLogic Systems Inc. ("HydraLogic" or the "Company") (NEX: HLS.H - OTC Pink Sheet: HYSYF) today announced that on September 26, 2013 Mr. Andrew Wilson was appointed to the Company's board of Directors and will serve as Chair of the Governance Committee.

The Company further reports that on September 27, 2013, Mr. Michael Beckley resigned as the Company's Chairman and CEO. The Company has appointed Director Mr. Robert Gowans as acting CEO and Chairman of the board until the next Annual General Meeting.

The Company remains on the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange. Trading in the Company's securities remains suspended. The Company remains vigilant in pursuing all available options for the shell.
