Hmmm...could it be some group in the lakeshore area that needs this buildout to happen sooner than later is funding the works. if so....wouldnt they want to keep it on the down low? It will all come out eventually but for now I see a license in the very near future and probably humbolt growing plants to supply the facility when it's green lighted.
