VELTF alert! +6.41% possible buyout?

This company has Velti Inc with Ch 11 but Velti Plc (VELTF) has not a CH 11.

GSO paid $50MM for the Velti Inc debt. This company bought Velti Inc assets.

VELTF is a future $1 company. 90MM in outstanding shares, 3MM only in capitalization and strong revenues in the 5 continents.

Is my humble opinion.
