A type of offering used to sell from time to time through the use of an agent. The public is to be aware. Notice will only be given then after stock has actually been sold. Information on when and how much stock has been sold would be given at quarterly reports. Not my favorite way of raising.

For now I still believe previous guidance of about $53M from Dec 2013 lasting for at least another year.
