I don't see why he would even have to do anymore "fundraising" if he plans to be generating revenue per his PR's.

Honestly....IF he is truly accomplishing the goals he stated in the recent PR's, then I see no reason to issue more shares or a R/S, BUT the news would have to be incredible and released over a few weeks...Then I can see the PPS getting to .001 to .005 and holding until late Summer/Fall.

He will have milked this stock clean with just the first 30 billion....therefore, he NEEDS to mention that he has canceled the second tranche of Reg 1-A's....but he tends to be like using them!
