6 days and counting Lady! For the MDA announcement (that's what they told us back in late January.

We are are having three batches of Phase II award announcements due to the varying Phase I periods of performance. We announced the first batch of Phase II selections on 01 Jan 2014. We will be sending the second batch of Phase II selection notifications next week. The third batch of selection notifications should be sent the latter part of March.
