I believe we are due news by the end of the month...from what I was told by IR...

"we expect at least one maybe two news release before the end of March..."

"The Form 10 is expected to be filed by next Friday the 28th..."

"Financing is in the final stages...they are working on the interest rate models for each project..."

"The share price should be around .20...but is being suppressed by certain MM..." (not sure how this is possible but I've had others tell me it is).

Anyway, this is what I was told this week by the IR department.
