probably mm csti buying inventory for himself and what he knows is people are willing to pay .0066 for 12m shares that he can buy at .0059 he can make $8400. don't try and make it to difficult... I promise you if someone knew some thing that was going to happen that would rise the price from .0059 to muti pennies they wouldn't be worrying about buying it on the bid...they would be paying the ask.
