Just thinking out loud. Nothing of substance on my end. The thoughts you brought up are rare. Very rare and generally are put in an amendment to a lease. He could have subbed it out and assigned to someone else. He also could have been month to month and that's an easy move out. But generally if there are no lease negotiations landlord charges holdover rent which is 125-200% of base rent depending on the lease.


Again, nothing has been stated etc. Just thinking out loud on when tenants move out of other spaces.
