Well, of course. The laches ruling eliminated hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of millions in potential past damages.

Should VRNG prevail on the laches issue, that would be a major catalyst to the stock price. However, the reality is that this ruling is unlikely to be overturned. I hope to be wrong, obviously. I'm just saying I for one am not getting my hopes up on the laches issue being reversed.
