I believe there are three appeals at the Federal Circuit.

First one deals with the judgement and laches and things relating to the trial and pre-trial.

The second appeal is for supplemental damages and interest awarded.

The third appeal will cover the RR decision related to future royalties.

(Today's PR regarding the oral hearing schedule is for the primary appeal of the judgement and VRNG's cross appeal for Laches, etc. Regardless of what dreamers and pumpers believe, no actual "deal" has been struck by the parties... written or "oral". LOL)
