You have a point about testing and etc. But "demand" of a spider silk super fiber isn't in question.

The only unknown is on the supply side. Not the demand side. Is MS going to be THE spider silk that will meet the overwhelming demand?

We think and hope so. That's why we've invested in this company.

The universities of Notre Dame and Wyoming think it will meet the demand. The lab that tested the silk gave results that support the claims.

Silk isn't that hard to weave. It's been done for centuries.

Quality control is a factor in the production every single product on the market. From raising cattle, to building iPhones, to raising silkworms.

Will Warwick determine that they can't make anything out if it? Maybe. But I highly doubt it.

Too much empirical evidence indicating that things are going great and as planned.

If Warwick were unable to weave ANYTHING useful, we'd know it by now. You can be sure that the shipment in December wasn't their first look at MS. They already had samples and said, "I think we can work with this, send us what you can and we will see what we can do with it. Kim wouldn't be shaking hands with foreign governments getting geared up to mass produce.
