Not uncommon for authors to send their TLD journal to more than one publisher.


When I was in academia, this was considered unethical and a conflict. I was in another field, so, maybe things are different in this one.

I don't think it out of the question that OncoSec could send two different abstracts. We don't know what they might be sitting on.
