is my motivation

IMO, a significant amount of money has been induced from creditors, lenders, investors, and not repaid as per the original terms. PVEC PV and PVE have breached multiple agreements (just look at the most recent financials for verification of all the defaulted promissory notes or look at the Judgment registered with various Sec of States).

There are lots of investors that believed the "forward looking " PR's and un-audited financials and subsequently lost significant monies.

He has destroyed people's lives by misrepresenting the Company and falsely inducing investments, loans, and strategic partnerships.

His abandonment of the crew on the chartered vessel Ocean Star Pacific in Mexico was inhuman and disgusting. The treatment of the heart attack Captain and abandonment of him at the LA Airport, IMO, was criminal under maritime law.

That is my motivation.
