Prior to the reverse split it would be trading at .0013. Not really a gamble considering the person backing it and the share structure. If you read the filings they would be the distributor of medicinal MJ for the Canadian government! Add to that the fact this hasn't even been PR'd yet and hardly anyone knows about it! When that PR hits forget it. The only bad thing right now is that it is too thin and the bid ask spread is .40 but that won't matter when it gets press.
